Throughout many English speaking countries, Shrove Tuesday - the day before Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent - has become Pancake Day, as it is a custom to eat pancakes on that day. This year, that day falls on February 20th. In honor of this, the International House of Pancakes has announced that patrons on that day will receive a short stack
