yea the best thing to do is carry around eye drops for lenses.

mine fall out when they get dry and i rub my eyes.
its a good thing i can get them back in without a mirror.

just carry around a small bottle of re-wetting drops (eye drops for contacts) and you are set. You can use it to clean the lens a little if it falls out or you have to take it out, and it wont dry up.

also, try not rubbing your eyes so hard.

it's not how hard i do it. i have a tendency to rub my eye with it cracked open. enter, immense amounts of pain.
