Ever have one of those days? Yeah, the ones you wish would give you the option of a "restart" button? I'm having one of them. It started out like normal! Yuuta-san!! Thank goodness you're safe! My PDA is working as well and I have the tripod for the camera and the ghost... detector... thing... but that's it. I can't find anyone else and everything is really weird!
What's happening?!

Atsushi! Thank god, a familiar face! Good to see you, kid. I don't know what's going on, but from what I've been able to see it looks like we've... gone into the past. I found some strange old man here who seems to understand what's going on, and he confirmed that this place is vastly different from where we came from. Though I didn't understand the calendar as he tried to explain it, so I'm not sure when we are, just that we're still in Japan. Edo, really, which ought to give you an idea of what happened. I still don't know why, or how we got here, but damn I'm glad I'm not alone.

Now... where are you? I don't know how much longer we'll be able to access this connection, so I want to meet up ASAP. We'll figure things out from there.

The past? Edo?! How is that even possible?! I mean, I know we're supposed to be prepared for the supernatural and whatever, but this is too strange!!
Ah, well, I have no idea where I am geographically since the GPS feature isn't working, but i'm at the border of a forest-like place at the edge of a town... there's a house back in the direction I came from that had woodsmoke coming from the chimney. I'm not sure if that'll help, but I really don't want to be travelling here alone... so if you can find me that'd be really good.

No idea what happened, kid, but we're stuck. And I've met some people who are so crazy I just can't believe they're lying, if that makes any sense.

...Yeah, not that helpful, but I'll try. Build your own fire. I'll search for the smoke from that. Hopefully we'll meet up again soon. I imagine we can't be that far apart, though I did cover a good bit of ground getting away from that crowd.
