Just read the news about the situation in New Orleans right now. People in general are filth. Sure money is pouring in to help them, but it isn't doing any good. In the dome where all of the evacuees are waiting to be taken out men are being robbed and women raped in the bathrooms, so people are just going outside to shit on the sidewalk.
