I'm  wondering if I should drive 3 hours to Cedar Rapids tomorrow in order to hear, and possibly meet Ron Paul.

Regardless of what people think about his chances, I'd just like to meet a true lover of this country in the flesh. You know, to see what they look like under normal lighting...

I think you should do it. Even if he'll be projecting an image of himself to the crowd it will be more real than what little of him is seen on T.V.
