I just got my 6th or7th fill and I finally finally have restriction, 8 months out. I've lost 7 lbs and I am hungry all the time. I have been self restricting, becoming neurotic about food and eating ALOT of air popped popcorn.

I am overfull right now, I think. I can't take more then 3 bites of anything solid. But after not losing and reading about people on obesityhelp.com losing up a storm, feeling glad for them and kicking myself -- I don't mind.

Anyways, it sucks and Im sorry that you and me and anyone else has to contend with this.

When I posted on OH about my lack of weight, people emailed me to say that they had the same thing going on with them.

Take care of yourself, you WILL get there.

For me, I spent the money to join a gym, that way I was committed...Everyone is different, but I think you can find what works for you whether it be workout videos at home, walking, tennis, etc. I would just make myself go to the gym every day even when I didn't feel like it. I would tell myself that if I wanted to leave after 10 minutes, I would, but then would stay for a full workout and feel so much better afterwords. It is so hard to lose weight and exercise. You are not a failure. Just find a little motivation and you'll be back on track in no time!! Also, I was so depressed at my highest weight, which was 347 pounds, and once I started a regular exercise routine, it really did wonders for ( ... )
