Apartment Woes
So I'm trying to move out as soon as I can and I just got my 14th salary...now I only need an apartment! The nicest offers have full waiting lists, of course. If you want to change residences fast, you have to be either rich or wait *grumble*
The second best offer is available September. Should I wait?

"1st district, first-class equipped, completely furnished apartments between 35-105m2, first time use, exquisite interieur, open chimney, terrace on the top floor for shared use, service around the clock, HIFI-equipment, LCD-Flatscreen-TVs, DVD-Player, 24 hours concierge." LUXURY! *yorkshireman*)
Already, I'm planning the colours and everything...unfortunately, my favourite colour scheme(s) would make my abode look like a bordello. I'm not sure if that's a good thing. (Mynnia: "I fear, that my apartment will look like a brothel." maledikt: "As long as you feel at home in it..." Gee thanks! >:-o)
With what I'll get out of beinvisibles flat I'll need to learn upholstering. *sigh*
I'd rather have those lithe, richly-ornamented dark wood antiquities than IKEA stuff - nothing against IKEA, but it's rarely my style. The mattress I've been ogling half a year is around €900; a special ladies' mattress which is nice and soft to hips and butts xD SPONSORING, ANYONE?
