For the straps alone in a non-machinable letter envelope without tracking, it would be $9.06 and in a bubble mailer, it would be $10.61.

Sure thing! Did you want the capsule as well? It'll increase shipping by a little bit (50 cents). I can stuff it with bubble wrap so it'll be a little sturdier during shipping, or I can ship it in a box!
