If you're using rich text mode, there should be a button that looks like this

the problem i'm running across now though is i want to have teasers. so i'm using the lj-cut thing. but then i have duplicate links?

i'm not sure how to have teasers and have the rest of my post linked back to my page. if that makes sense? sorry i'm not very good at this :(
