Today was my first track practice of the season. It hurt so good! I love how digustingly out of shape I am. It's sweet. But I decided I am going to drink nothing but water and only eat when I'm really hungry. I know that doesn't sound like much of a diet, but for me it is, so hopefully I finally get some results?
