I definitely understand about that longing for Portland. There is an unspeakable energy that radiates off it, something that doesn't even register until it's absent. I've been absolutely pining for it since I've left for Denver, (and thank goodness I'm back in a week).

I'm glad you're following your heart in more ways than one. We'll certainly have to hang out once you move back. I want to meet your boyfriend! He sounds great, and I'm really happy for you.
