just calm down, dont let it get to you. If your parents don't understand, confront them about it. It's hard but in most cases it works. I now know what element you are, lol, sorry the astrology and tarot came out, I thank my father for that. Your element is wind. You like to give people a cool wind and help them out but when something bothers you you let it grow and grow until you let it out and then your a hurricane by then on a destruction path.
