A day later and things are looking better.

I'm not nearly as sore as I thought I'd be, but I do have one new pain, my right ribs. I guess that's from hitting or leaning on the center console, or my pole-arms. I called Geico and found out it'll be like 6 business days till an adjuster gets to look at the car. I called out of work again, but told them I will be in on Monday

You know what I think (#3). #2 isn't a bad option, either; they can probably get a better rate if they're not using a lot of mileage. Have you tried, also, a "rent-a-wreck" place? You can generally get a reliable car, nothing new or shiny, but something that runs, for a decent price. Check the phone book or the Internets.
