work vs. work

If I had a clone, life would be a lot better. At least, if I don't think about the idea in too much depth. I just want to be able to work on my house without working at work. Those things don't really go together...because no work = no money = no materials with which to work, but work = no time to work ( Read more... )

house, frustration, personality

Good luck with your work, dear... And while you contemplate the amount of work you face now, imagine if you lived in an non-industrialized agrarian society... You'd have even MORE crap to do every day! I guess what I'm saying is "it could be worse" so "chin up there, lass!" :-)

"In over your head" usually just means "lots to learn" and a smart girl like you can handle that...

One final thought on the clone... if you have sex with the clone is it incest or masturbation? :-)

I'm leaning towards incest on the last question, just cause it would be my clone's body and not mine, and in that way "another person."

It's not really that I am bad at hard work, but it's hard for me to know what to focus on. I'm speculating here, but I imagine that in an agrarian society, I would have more certainty about what I should be doing, because most other people would be doing the same things in the same way, and I probably would have learned similar skills as others.

Right now, I'm wondering if I should have gone into a trade, as my education isn't really helping me here...I just need a lot of hands on experience, but that is expensive and you can really screw stuff up that way, unfortunately.

Which is why we hired someone to remodel the bathroom...but again, that costs $$$.
