What do you do when you really want something, and then find out that it costs $2,400?

You start hoarding your income, that's what. No purchases for Alex this summer. I will store up
all of the cash I make from my job. Hopefully by the end of the summer I can find some for
less than they are available now.

Oh, right. It's a MacBook Pro.

My parents got a letter from our branch of the family in Wales.
In the letter, the grandmother of the family (98 years old) said that she
heard I didn't have a girlfriend, and asked why not.

I don't know, it was kind of odd, being asked by a 98 year old why I didn't have a girlfriend.
