This year has blown. Alex is the one positive thing that has come out of it.

I have a terrifying doctor appointment coming up. Please pray that all that is wrong with me is my gall bladder. One more piece of Sarah that is hitting the toilet. Christ. I don't even want to consider the alternate possibility.
