What does one wear to tell their boss that they are quitting (and in effect screwing overt the team?)?

Today was not worth being alive for.

Not today though.

Hooray for Wednesdays. I have the night off from Alex. I am going to put up decorations all evening and make cookies! Bwahahahahahaha! COOKIES I TELL YOU!

The suck: Having your two month old howl out in pain because he gets 5 shots, then weep and cling to you as he shudders. Things people never warn you about before having a child.

Good: Little black dress, strappy black heels.

Bad: Blisters from walking in said heels for a mile.

Good: Having Mike tell me I'm gorgeous.

Good: Trans Siberian Orchestra.

I am thankful for PIE!

Yay! I'm going to a Chanukah celebration downtown in a few days. *Dance*

My son slept last night from 8 pm until midnight, uninterrupted, in his crib. He woke up and took a bottle. Fell back asleep. I just woke up, freaking out that something was wrong, because he has only slept more than 4 hours once - no, he is fine, and SNORING in his crib, and I GOT 9 HOURS OF SLEEP with only a half-hour interruption.

If you manage to see this - I'm so sorry I forgot to call you back! I got home from dinner and passed out on the couch with Alex in my arms. I didn't wake up til Mike kissed me goodnight and by that time I had forgotten.
