Peter and Nick were unable to come today, but in the late afternoon our friend Doug called round and helped move the dressing table back into the bedroom. It is now possible to sit comfortably and watch TV, not that we did much of that as we felt too tired

I haven't made a pair of trousers in years! Like about 28, actually!

I never heard of an EMac before. I guess that's a computer?

It's so nice to get the furniture back in order after its moved around.

I know what you mean about getting tired early.

EMac was an Apple computer,now replaced by IMac.

Yes it is nice to have some order, at present I'm enjoying the bedroom; we have moved back as much furniture as it can take without feeling crowded. I'm beginning to see how much we have improved the house since we have been here, where before I only noticed what was still to be done.

I haven't sewn any trousers for a long time either..(my sewing room still a junk room really) need time to do it over.

I wish I could get to bed earlier, my teen keeps me up till quite late, sure it's the reason I am turning grey rather rapidly. Thank goodness for hair dye.

It must be a relief to have your dining room table back. Glad things are getting sorted.

I haven't got the table back yet, it is still covered in a week's collection of papers and mail, but tomorrow is another day.
