the new wardrobe is great! We could do with a few builtins here too. I like the border wallpaper too. (don't feel bad, after several years here my sewing room is still jampacked and is really an obstacle course to even get inside - I have to move boxes out before I can fully open the door to get in..lol..

Your house has lots of light from the look of it, I like that. :)

Thanks. The bedroom gets the morning sun. The 'sewing room' faces north and will be a nice room some day. We are hoping to put another large wardrobe in there as well. We will have to replace the floor as having been a verandah the present floor is on a slope. It is jampacked at present, the french doors are partly open, but to get further in I have to move boxes out. At present the door to the TV room is in there also, until the bottom of it is shaved and it can be rehung, plus now the carpet to be laid in there eventually.

Parts of the house are nice and light, and skylights in other areas have helped a lot. The main livingroom tends to be dark because of the front porch, and the dining alcove really needed a skylight as well. If I am sewing I need both the overhead light plus a lamp in order to see what I'm doing. I really should set up my sewing on the front porch.
