Since Wednesday morning we have had first a plumber, and then a sub-contractor digging a ditch for the replacement drains. The ditch now extends down the side of the house from front to back. Plumbing work can be so annoying and messy. Are you redoing all of it? Or just the drains? I hope it's finished quickly for you.

oh the plumbing work has started, that is something, they took one day I think for the jackhammering at my place, quoted me 3 days and I didn't think they would pull it off but they did. Glad they are taking away that old tin for you. Reminds me that I managed to palm off an old couch to one of the plumbing guys too. :)

Taxes, heck I haven't had to do mine for a while (on the disability pension), though had to figure out what L should be paying recently for her p/t job. (we had a call from the tax dept and it made me really nervous to think it's been so long since I had to deal with that).

Hoping your flu passes soon - not so good when you have so much going on in the house right now.. It's going around up here too. I'm a bit sniffly but trying to avoid it.

Take care
