I just had the opportunity to take part in an online questionnaire rating the performance of the airline, which I did with great pleasure, especially as it gave me the opportunity to comment on their performance with regard to my trip home on Tuesday.

I have always called them Barbarian airlines (usually because of the barbarians flying with them) but any company that forces me to spend an extra $120 to fly a kitten back to Sydney (free on Qantas), smashed my cat carrier and his the utter rudeness to tell me that I don't care about my cat and are happy to have it die in the plane (yes, she really said that), and turns a 1.5 hour flight into a 7 hour torture session (taxi cab company helped to be fair) will never ever see any of my money.
