I'm feeling deep grief today, due to the apalling loss of life in the Victorian bush fires. I'm trying to push away the dreadful images which keep flashing into my head; this is not helped by the media making a meal of it. Thankfully all my loved ones are safe; sadly, many cannot say the same. I hope they get the arsonists responsible.

It is so tragic no words are adequate. I'm very worried about one of my LJ friends whose sister, brother and law and kids are missing.
