Folklore is one of my favourites, perhaps because it is more natural looking.

Such lovely roses. Your pictures make me happy. We have now much darkness outside and only som hours of dusk light in day time and no flowers outside. I feel happy to see these roses.

I'm glad they make you happy. The winter there must be very hard. No wonder Xmas traditions are so important to you.

I received your card today, and it was so kind of you to include the 2 cards from previous years. They are very charming. I wasn't surprised to see you being pulled by Lorvtroll, since it was something that you enjoyed so much during the summer.
