I haven't posted in awhile, so I wanted to put up this teaser for Part 3 of TOWJWAGABI. I hope to have the whole part finished by the end of the week!

How about, um, this is improving my typing speed which will allow me to be more productive at work, if and when I actually do some work...

the phone call/invitation Justin turned down has me near to a sniffling mess. It stikes a close chord with completely different circumstances to my Grandma's death- and a missed phone call/unreturned phone call on my part.

And loved all the subtext here with what Dan *knows* about Justin vs. what we know about Justin and what Brian *knows* about Justin-- ie. Dan's reluctance to bring Justin to his family dinners not realizing the boisterousness of Debbie's house & the Liberty Gang family dinners, and the side of Jennifer Brian saw and therefore saw in Justin, then the fact that Justin is relatively quiet at these dinners. Loved the change in Sunday routine in the aftermath of Jennifer's death. Just love this story. And goodness help me- Love Dan. But *whimper* oh how that sympathy card from Brian was *just* right and Justin needs to go thank him in person. *nods*

One of the most tragic aspects of a death like this is all of the countless what-ifs. Five seconds either way would have changed everything--a last minute phone call, getting stopped at an earlier light, just, anything. I think it would be so hard not to obsess about all of those millions of what ifs.

But *whimper* oh how that sympathy card from Brian was *just* right and Justin needs to go thank him in person. *nods*

I have a sneaking suspicion that Brian's expecting a little more out of our Sunshine as well! :p

Absolutely true- and I say that from experience; hard to shake the thoughts loose in your head. Poor Justin!!

*nods head* And since I agree both with your assertion and it's truth within the fic- that *this* is a different- more passive Justin- Brian's expectations of Justin are going to need some adjusting. His usual push/pull methods aren't going to work quite the same as they have in the past, and while I think Brian already senses this is a different Justin from *his* Justin- he does't quite now how different, how alike & how to adjust *yet*. Looking forward to their next meeting. :-)

LOL! Poor Dan! He's walking through this imaginary world and all of a sudden people he doesn't know are giving him these really mean looks and he just doesn't get it!
