I actually worked on a harvester as an adult with several neighbor women and that was fun too. Seaonal and something different. Women are better than men on a harvester because we have better dexterity for picking out the rocks that come up with the potatoes.

What is a Claw Game? I only know what they told us on the harvester. Women were much faster with sorting and tossing out the rocks so they preferred female workers for that. Maybe it's the smaller hands and nimble fingers. I love your icon. Is that kitty playing a Claw Game?

OUCH! Oh man, I know what it's like to have to be out of commission due to an ankle injury. It's never a good time, and takes FOREVER to heal. I loved this memory though!

I know. I would have loved to earn a little more money. And I think my mom would have preferred me being out from under foot ! But everything happens for a reason. At least I got a decent memory/story out of it. Thanks for stopping by, reading and commenting. :)
