Oh Magsy! *wipes eyes* You made me cry. Your son is so special to have lived through so much and still come through the other side, better than expected. I hope I get to meet him, and you, one day. I love you.

Oh, I love reading about your son. It gives me so much hope, and really lets me have an inside look about what my mother may have experienced after having my sister and me six weeks early.

I love that he grew up to be such a little love. You definitely have been given the best Christmas gift ever. So glad he is here to light up your life.

What a great entry!

Oddly enough, that VERY SAME week in 2005, I also had preterm labor with my baby, who was ALSO due in April 2006! I wound up with a barrage of medication and was put on bedrest until I was full term. My daughter was born on April 6, 2006, about three days after the doctor allowed me to walk around again. Reading this was very special for me, knowing the path I might have had if my Olivia was also born so early.

I'm so glad that your story had a happy ending!

That is honestly amazing how different two stories can be despite initially being the same. I'm glad they managed to stop yours and that your little girl was ok :)
