Inge from the Pool point this out earlier: PostSecret. Its really touching to read... some of them just make me want to cry. I wish I could do that but I wouldn't send it off. I might make a book of my own... like a scrapbook of them, so I can look back and laugh at myself in the future.

So I decided to start keeping track on the SlimFast website again although I've been a bit naughty with regards to food lately. *ashamed*.

When I started (just after Easter) I was 14 st 2.

As of this morning I'm now 12st13!

So I've lost 1 stone and 3 pounds. =) Although I'm not sure if that's good or not... is it?
