So, I'm actually in the middle of writing an epic (currently +10,000 words) Warehouse 13 fic. But because of that, I've had Myka/HG on the brain, and when I got these prompts, I just wanted to keep writing for that pairing. So, here is my first (complete) Warehouse 13 fic!

this fic makes me obscenely giddy. What a great crossover!! It's so rare when the *world* of another show is central to a crossover, instead of characters.

Heh, obscenely giddy? Sweet. :)

And yeah, Olivia's role in this is definitely more about the world she lives in than the character herself, but I still like the idea of her and Myka as friends. :)

And that's it - your use of crossover is a genuine fix-it that works *so* well, as opposed to just wanting to group your favorite characters from various shows.

It's so much fun, too! Myka's probably a little surprised the otheruniverse!myka is so much ahead of her, where Helena is concerned. I wonder what she did differently!

Thank you! :) I like crossovers too, but I've never actually written one before, so this was fun. And I'm glad that both the fun and the bittersweet came across.

i genuinely screamed/squee-d a little while reading this... it makes me feel all warm inside... good idea for the crossover, and yeh i agree with @kauschi you absolutely need need need to continue this

Heh. Well I have this epic-ly long fic that I'm in the middle of writing, so I think I'm going to focus on trying to finish that for now (I have a problem with being able to start fics, but not end them). But I do like the idea of following up on this, so there's no guarantee, but... :)
