*Are there any mispronounciations/typos that people do with your name constantly? Kirsten, Kristin, Christin... the list goes on and on.
*Would you drop your last name if you became famous? well there aren't any singers named just Kristen yet so I technically could, but I don't know.. I think I would rather have a last name.

*What's your job: Don't really have one unless you consider singing work.

*Do you speak another language? Not really... I know a few random things in Portuguese.

*Do you have a webpage? I used to. I was all into it too. Learned all the HTML and crap. As with most hobbies however I lost interest. I still get my HTML fix fancying up my LJ though. :)
DEEP THOUGHTS about life and you in it
* Do you live in the moment? Sometimes. Not as much as I should though. I am always too worried about what's going to come next and I tend to anticipate what's going to happen to screw up things that seem to be going well.
*Do you consider yourself tolerant of others? Hmm...good question. I am in the sense that I don't tend to outwardly show when I am mad or upset with people. And in that sense I probably tolerate way more than I should because I don't want to create waves. But I tend to be pretty critical of others on the inside so I'm not really sure.
*Do you have any secrets? Not any deep dark ones... but I don't tend to divulge everything about myself at once or at all for that matter unless I am really comfortable with the person... you have to know me for a while to get the whole story.
*Do you hate yourself? I wouldn't say hate...but there are things I don't like.
*Do you like your handwriting? I guess..
*Do you have any bad habits? haha yeah. I tend to be a sentimental pack rat and never throw anything away. And I hate to waste anything so my fridge is filled with partly drank drinks and half way eaten food. haha My mom yells at me all the time about it.
*What is the compliment you get most from people? A lot of people seem to like my hair.

*Do you ever pretend to be someone else just to look cool? No, I hate people like that. Why would you want people to like you for something you aren't?
*Are you a loner? Not at all... I'm very social and I get lonely easily.
*What is your no. 1 priority in life? Serving Jehovah to the best of my ability.
*If you were another person, would you be friends with you? Heck yeah... I wish I had a friend like me.. haha ;)

*Is there anything you fear or hate about yourself? I fear that I am going to let things from my past rule my future. I fight really hard to not let all the crap that's happened in my life keep me from taking chances on people again and finding happiness now.
*Are you passive or aggressive? Mostly passive, but sometimes passive/aggressive. :P
*Have you got a journal? I used to keep a regular, private one but now I just have this.
*If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Just one?? ugh.. ok.. um.. I wish I could change the way I view myself and my insecurities.

*And least? My butt and legs...my nose... my flabby arms (lol Deanna) and you wouldn't know it but I am way too darn hairy! haha It would be blessing to be able to throw away the tweezers and not have to pluck anything ever again! :)

*Do people know how you feel? A couple of months ago I would definitely have said no.. I used to be so good at hiding it and I always did. I still try and a lot of times I do but for some reason quite a few times lately I haven’t been able to help wearing my heart on my sleeve.

*Pray? All the time...
*Sleep with stuffed animals? Yeah.. I always have. I need something to hold onto when I sleep.
*Take walks in the rain? Not usually... its tons of fun to run and jump around in a hot summer rain though.... I haven't done that in too long... :)
*Talk to people even though you hate them? hahaha.. if only you knew. lol I am way too nice to everyone.

WOULD OR HAVE YOU EVER...
*Like your voice? Not my speaking voice... I hate my accent. I think I sing pretty well though.
*Hurt yourself? Countless times... haha. Never on purpose though, I'm just a major clutz.
*Been out of the country? I went to the Bahamas on a cruise.
*Eaten something that made other people sick? Yeah.. I like odd combinations that sometimes make people want to hurl. Or at least that make them look at me like I am nuts. haha
*Been picked on? I was actually always really lucky with that in school. No one ever really picked on me other than friendly joking.

*Been so drunk that you know you're supposed to go out on a date with someone, but you can't remember with who or when and that you faint when you look at yourself in the mirror in the morning, not to mention your breath? Way to be specific... and um.. no. haha
*Slept outdoors? No... how sad is it that I have never been camping?
*Thought about suicide? I've never been to the point where I seriously contemplated ending things myself but I have been to the point where I lost concern for my life and wouldn't have minded if something happened to make me die.
*Pulled an all-nighter? haha yeah... more times than I would like to mention
*If yes, what is your record? Well the latest I ever left the Pereira's house was 4:35am. But I probably didn't get to bed till 5:30.
*Gone one day without food? If I have a stomach bug or something.
*Slept all day? No. On and off all day if I was sick but never straight through.

*Had a dream that came true? Yeah... not usually in a good way though. :P
*Have you ever killed an animal by accident? Not personally, but I have been in the car when other people have ran over things.

CLOTHES and other fashion
*Shoe brand? Doesn't matter... whatever I like.
*Brand of clothing? Whatever looks good to me at the time.
*Cologne/perfume? I wear Victorias Secret pear scented stuff.
*How about parties? I try to look my best.
*Wear hats? No, I hate them... they mess up my hair. haha
*Judge other people by their clothing? Only if what they are wearing is completely inappropriate for where they are going. And I don’t judge the person as a whole over it.. it just mostly makes me mad at the moment and then I get over it.
*Wear make-up? Yeah
*Favorite place to shop? Well if I had money it would be Best Buy. haha But I'm pretty cool with Marshall's and TJMaxx cuz they match my budget.
*Favorite article of clothing? Does my seatbelt belt count?? If not... either my Jem or Mickey Mouse Club shirt.
*Are you trendy? Depends on if I like the trend or not. I don't wear something just because it's cool at the moment. Following every awful trend is what leads to all those embarrassing photo's that all of our parents have of themselves when they were younger... :)

*Who is your best friend? I’ve known Tiffaney forever and a day.

*Do you consider love a mistake? Not if it’s done right.
*What do you find romantic? Pretty much anything is romantic when you are falling in love. But mostly for me it’s in the way you look at each other, a warm comforting embrace, a tender kiss on the forehead… anything that makes you feel safe, needed, and special.
*Turn-on? Personality has everything to do with it! But as for looks… I love dark hair with light eyes. Eyes period are the first thing I look at. That and a good pair of forearms. lol
*Turn-off? I definitely have to go with Deanna on the smelling bad thing. lol I also can’t stand arrogance or someone who’s super smooth and slick. Give me a good old fashioned dork any day. ;)
*Do you prefer knowing someone before dating them or going "blind"? I think knowing them first is better because you usually get the chance to see each other’s real personalities where as if you are set up you go in on your best behavior to make a good first impression.
*Have you ever wished it was more "socially acceptable" for a girl to ask a guy out? Definitely not.. I’m such a wimp when it comes to pursuing a guy. haha
*Have you ever been romantically attracted to someone physically unattractive? Yes

*What is best about the opposite sex? They aren’t petty like girls. I’ve never heard a guy say to another guy… “I can not believe he wore that shirt with those pants! * gasp *”

*What would you do if you were walking down the street and saw some hot guy/girl standing on the sidewalk? Well judging from past experience.. it usually goes along the lines of walking by, glancing quickly, getting out of hearing range, followed by loud bursts of laughter from me and any girlfriend I happen to be with. I’m only that idiotic if I’m with another girl though… haha
