Today's weigh-in. Yesterday I walked a total of 7.17 miles (3.15 in the morning, 4.02 in the evening). This morning, 2.20 miles. After last week's fiasco, I'm not sure I'm ready, per se, but I know I've been doing what I need to do. Its been so hard for me having this stupid gall bladder thing. I simply can't work out yet. I have been trying to eat light, for weight and for lack of pain.
