*drool* The boy is a vegetarian so I don't get to make a lot of big meaty meals (mostly steak, a burger or chicken breast). I miss making huge pots of meat soup!!!

messymeal is a bobbysan specialty. He is not only a phenomenal cook, but he posts pictures and recipes. Messymeal is a chicken dish he makes that gets rave reviews all the time. I think it is tagged under food in his journal.

I'm so glad I have no vegetarian leanings. I LOVE vegetables but I also love meat and fish. heck, aside from heavy carbs, I LOVE food!

I saw the recipe and it looks deelish! I'll ahve to wait until I have some carnivores over for dinner to make it. I love my veggies but sometimes I want a side of steak alongside my broccoli. *grins*

Thanks for posting this. I've added it to my memories... because the organic beef guy at the flea market is going to have organic grass-fed chickens this spring, in addition to the eggs. :-D *drool* (Until then, I won't buy a whole chicken; kids won't eat it.)

we don't have organic here much but I have used free range and the taste is awesome :)
