I have a co worker who is about 10 years older than I. In all the time that I have known her ( 5 years or so), she has looked pretty much the same. overweight and not much attractive. So why do I say this? I'm tired of her stating that I will look like her as I age!! "Oh just wait" she says! I understand she is not happy with her appearance

As to your co-worker, I know someone just like that. She's significantly older than me and not unattractive though she's very critical of herself.
I hate when other women seem offended by my "perfect body"--No one is perfect and it's certainly not my fault that I have the metabolism of a merecat on amphetamines. It was a gift from the genetic lottery.
Anyway, for years, this person has said, "Yeah, you're little now but wait until...."
First it was "when you're in your mid-twenties..."
Then it became, "When you're thirty...."
Now it becoming, "When you have a kid...." or "When you hit menopause..."
I really think she's hoping that I'll wake up one morning weighing 300 pounds.
*sigh*
