Honestly, you could likely do so yourself -- it's a relatively easy process. Does your computer currently have a video card, or are you using an on-board one? if you have AGP open, that'd be your better bet really (you can open it and check -- we can google image search pics of what one looks like for ya!)
Though, looking at your specs, you may be better served by more memory than a new video card -- but would need to know your video card specs.
