Oh wow, bell pepper leaves aren't poisonous?
I just always figured they would be since that plant is in the nightshade family and it seems that all of the other plants in that family have poisonous foliage. (I suppose I don't know about eggplant greens either.)

Reminds me, I have some comfrey in my fridge that I need to figure out what to do with.....

I never heard that they were toxic in any way and I have eaten them with no ill effect.

I put lime on everything already. I'm a lime addict. Do the pepper greens taste like bell pepper? We're big fans of kale and chard, I wonder if they are similar.

earthier than either a bit closer to collards but the texture is much finer
