I read what you said. And all I can say is that I truly understand your feelings. I my father past away 5 years ago, May 5th, 2001, at the ripe old age of 65, after living with Alzheimers for over 13 years. All I can say is that I lost him twice, once when he no longer new me and again when he finally went to a better place. I too miss him every waking moment, think about him each day and would trade anything to spend just another hour with him. It will get easier, but the void never leaves. Thank you for sharing what you wrote.
