It may sound totally cliche......... But say a quick prayer before you go to sleep. Talking to God usually calms my heart before hitting the sack. And then after that, you could possibly listen to that amazing piano instrumental cd you have. Whoever wrote those songs is just ridiculously awesome. :) I'll be praying you get some good rest this weekend.

Diane, I think that you're EXTREMELY stressed right now, and you need to find a really good way to relax and get some things off your shoulders. When your stressed and have a lot to worry about, your mind and body will do many different things, this is probably one of the weird things it's doing. I agree with your friend, you should isten to a relaxing cd, I know you like bubble baths, maybe try taking a bubble bath before you go to bed, and see if something like that helps, a warm cup of tea with lemon might help as well. I also think that (while I know that this is VERY HARD to do) that you sould try to stress less on tests and everything, don't give so much to your stressful area's of life, take time out for you too!! That might help chica!!!
