[Tear seems to be in a slow process of expanding her wardrobe. While she may not have recognized the outfit itself, she was strangely drawn to this when she found it in a shop, so now she's wearing it

[Hey, have your surrogate baby brother wandering toward you Tear as he's walking through the woods from his treehouse. He's gonna peer around a tree though and just watch Tear practice with her knives because he's never seen Tear actually fight. He hasn't quite registered the new outfit yet since all he's seeing are shiny knives flying through the air. Don't mind us, we're hiding for a bit]

[Throws her sixth knife and stays still for a moment. It hits the tree at about head-level of someone her height, and she seems pleased with this. Before she goes to retrieve the rest of the knives she glances Taichi's way, sort of... sensing him, but pays him no mind and goes to reclaim her knives.]

[tilts his head a bit, finally realizing that Tear...looks like a girl? Okay seriously, we need to go check this out so walking away from his tree since the knives aren't flying] Tear!

[Jerks on one of the knives a bit to dislodge it from the tree, turning to look at him with a slight smile.] You know, hiding behind trees isn't very effective with hair as wild as yours, Taichi.

[Blinks, throwing her sixth knife and promptly wandering over to retrieve them, looking downward at the journal as she does so. ...Luke you're probably getting a very nice view. >>;;]

No point in getting rusty in times of peace.

[Throws a knife as he shouts at her, not faltering. Turns and looks over her shoulder at him, trying to figure out if she's met him before or not. ...Doesn't look like it, she has to figure she'd recognize those blindingly yellow wings.]

[Wave and then folding his arms there to appraise her... yeah, those are indeed ideal melons. That outfit helps too. He even nods there. AND TOWERS THE FUCK OVER HER AT 5'9]

[Quirks an eyebrow slightly but returns the wave, albeit awkwardly. She's a little unnerved by his appraisal, but she's... somewhat used to it. Jade and Guy are both over six feet, she's used to it.]

[Yuzu was exploring a new path on her way home (not getting lost, really) when she comes across Tear's practice spot. The stylish looking clothes catch her eye, but it's the kife throwing that causes her to wander over for a better look. Not that, on retrospect, it's a great idea to approach someone throwing knives, but she seems to be practicing and not out to kill someone. It should be okay to just watch from back here, right?]

[Tear is very good at not killing passers-by with her knives, fortunately. So when she catches sight of Yuzu out of the corner of her eye she hesitates briefly before throwing her sixth knife, then wandering toward the tree to extract them in order to start the process all over again. She passes a slight smile toward Yuzu, but doesn't immediately introduce herself.]

[It's pretty rude to walk up and just stare at a stranger forever, so Yuzu decides to try initiating a conversation.] You're really good.

[mystearical]

[Blinks, resheathing her knives.] ...Thank you. It would be unfortunate to have years of practice and be mediocre. [Beat of silence, and she kind of awkwardly offers a hand.] I'm Tear.

[LOOK OUT, IT'S A ZOMBIE... no wait, it's just Emil, though he kind of looks like a zombie right now. Now that Tenebrae has been returned, he's redoubled his search for Richter, hoping that the other won't be far behind.]

[Blinks, pausing and turning toward him.] Emil?

[He blinks as well, though it's more to clear his blurry vision than anything else.]
