In a strange twist of fate, I've started seeing someone that lives in Gulfport, Mississippi, which was literally wiped off the map by Katrina. We've joked about where we'll go if "The Big One" comes our way. She has a daughter in the Air Force stationed at McConnell AFB in Wichita, Kansas. She's offered me accommodations should it become necessary to evacuate.
