After 3 years of loyal service, my old IBM Intellistation gave up the ghost this morning. This, by the way, is my work PC. I wouldn't be quite so glib if it were my home PC. A good morning
The last few times I've posted here, with the exception of kiddie pics, I've pretty much been complaining. This morning, I woke up early for a Sunday feeling well rested. I wore my vintage black and gray 1960's Batmobile tee shirt, well-worn button fly 501's and my black leather All Star's with the silver-gray Batman logo on them. My manager looked somewhat annoyed, especially when I held up my official company coffee mug with company logo emblazoned on it. Sunday brunch in the French Quarter
I was treated to belated-birthday Sunday brunch at Brennan's Restaurant in the French Quarter. I was the guest of Alana Brennan, the granddaughter of the founder. She's friends with my sister.
