Emmersing in more Duran Duran

Well, the latest album is out and it is fabulous! I am really very pleased with it and so excited as there seems to be quite the buzz for it. I caught the guys playing live on Good Morning America and the American Music Awards. I can hardly wait for my chance to see them live. They have such energy in their performances

Go sailing! You aren't far from Lake Michigan, are you?

I live about a day's drive from Lake Michigan and my brother practically lives on it so that really would be a good place to go. My brother and his wife got married on a schooner out at Martha's Vineyard (I didn't get too go, too expensive). My brother loves sailing vessels himself so it would be awesome to go out with them and learn a bit about sailing.

And next summer the family is planning to hit a beach location during a week of summer holiday. I really think I should make every effort to see if I can't get myself out on a sail boat. I also want to try surfing!

For the time being I am going to get my hands on some books and work on getting myself in good physical form for all of my sea going ventures.
