The rain pounded down hard upon the mushroom village, the few fairies that remained out were the guards and a few stragglers that wings were to wet to fly and had to run to their house in the tree.  The village was a network of trees and bushes a few stumps here and there.  It was one of the larger fairy villages that existed and was well protected
