And a little more time to grieve privately with Peter; I imagine he spent this episode crying himself to sleep while kissing a photograph of Nathan, only to wake up in sweat-soaked nightmares.

aww :'(

Shit just got real! (Or did it?....)

That's what I thought then it petered out to something else. Still I liked that effect combined with the tension already building; it made for "good scene".

Samuel and his damn milkshakes just reminded me of "I drink your milkshake! I drink it allllll up!" (sic) ~ Oil or There Will Be Blood. LOLOL. Knepper is just so good as 'villian'.

OK, I've decided that Janice is secretly kind of slutty.

You didn't get that vibe Season 1? re: Matt: YOU SLEPT WITH MY PARTNER!!! Lol.

I thought it was a good episode, too. And seeing David Anders made me very, very happy.

"I drink your milkshake!"
OMG I can't believe I didn't think of that. That's PERFECT. And hilarious.

Not quite as much. She really is flirty a lot with other guys, and her whole "You're a simple man/You belong here - with us!" insistence really just made me scream, "Divorce her, Matt - you are not compatible even though you do have great telepathically fuelled sex!" Poor Specials. They really aren't allowed to have real relationships, are they? If you have to save the world all the time, you really can't expect to have a normal family life - or at the very least, your family can't expect to have you around. It's so sad.

And dammit, I want more David Anders NOW.

Oh my god, don't we ALL? O_o

I swear to god as soon as I seen him in the ep my brain fried and there was like an almost non-stop track of "ADAM. ADAM. ADAM. ADAM--" in my head for the whole episode. Oh god, seeing him alone, even in Hiro's vision-thingy made so many things worth it. Not the Nathan thing, but it made up for a lot of the other stuff.

Adammmmmmmmmmmm. Unglhjhkhgjslrgkjfklgjdf

*coughs* I feel better now. xD

I don't know how I feel about this episode. I think it may be because I barely saw it seeing as all my mind was focused on David Anders in a suit. I still can't believe they killed off Adam, he could have been a great long time villain, but no...gotta stick with Sylar. Adam is clever, charismatic, hot, etc. etc. etc. and just the right amount of evil. Not the "I am a Psycho who must kill you all bah hahhaa" (ie Sylar, who needs to DIE!!!) kind of evil. The better kind of evil. You know, evil without outright being evil? Why must he be gone?!? And Arthur fucking Petrelli killed him, who I have so many issues with...why couldn't that bastard have just stayed dead, you know? The only time I liked having him there was when Peter killed him ( ... )

I didn't get a chance to watch the ep but your response is ROFL. LMAO. I don't think I hate Sylar. I actually think I hate ZQ and this goes wayyyyy back to S1. Well, not him but his person/his face. Not a fan. I can pretty much find any of the male characters on Heroes to be attractive but not ZQ. He gives me the icks. I want him to go on his merry way with Star Trek which I will never watch. Go the way of poor Adrian who should've been kept instead...or Dave Anders who BTW is on 24!!!

Wow. I'm sorry but I so utterly do not agree with you one bit. (I'm surprised that you can stand to watch the show at all, since he really does dominate it quite a lot - way more so than even I, a major ZQ fan, think is good. I am absolutely of the opinion that he should have died at the end of the first season, no matter what jollies Sylar has brought me since then.) I'm sure that you have extremely good reasons to actually hate Zachary Quinto, maybe even as a person (because it's entirely likely that he's a horrible and contemptible person, much like anybody else who I don't know); but because I am a fan of his, and I'd like to keep being a fan of his, I won't ask you to elaborate.

But hey, thanks for the tip on David Anders being on 24! I had no idea!

I'll have to admit that I fast forward through his parts if watching Netflix/Hulu and I do chores while he is on when I watch live. Effectively I can usually watch Heroes in 20 minutes or less...and then read your blog to catch up on the missed storylines. I don't put a lot of effort into this dislike thing but unfortunately it comes up every week while I'm watching Heroes. I'll tell you a story. I told Mrs. V that I didn't like ZQ. She said, "You shouldn't, he's a sweetheart." And then we dropped the subject. At least you can revel in the fact that you're not alone. I guess a lot of girls like him.

I love 24 and unfortunately it's competing w/ Heroes. David Anders plays a bad guy, but he's definitely a big player.

Sylar!Gretchen was absolutely wonderful~ I think I really yelled at the TV, "OH SHIT! THAT WAS BRILLIANT!"

Also, WHAT? And can he go fix Peter's emotional problems now, please? I suggest starting by smothering Angela with a pillow. DITTO.

Adam objects and says that Hiro is reciting the opening of Quantum Leap I remember reading the subtitle thinking "Damn, that sounds really familiar..." And then Adam. And I laughed until I cried... for 10 minutes STRAIGHT. And rewound it and watched it again. 3 more times XDD

My cat just looked up and said "what the hell is that bullshit?" (she's a quite verbal animal) and I told her to shut her damn fool cat mouth...What does she know? She's a cat. She can't even see in color.

...all I could do was laugh so hard at this my family probably now thinks I'm a little off the deep end (^^;) *cough* But yes, I thoroughly enjoyed your recap, as always! ♥

Oh Good - I'm glad you liked it! I have no idea why I continue to do these - well, I do know. I am compelled to, in the same way that I'm compelled to write fanfic, and write funny stuff on the internets. It's a way for me to channel what I'm thinking and feeling in a structured way, so that I'm not just talking out loud to myself while I watch. Not that there's anything wrong with that - but if it entertains anybody, I want to entertain!
