The other day I joined my husband's gym. That's when I realized I'm now unable to do anything near what I used to do in terms of working out. I was walking on the treadmill for about 15 minutes before the bounciness of the rubber tread began to cause ligament discomfort in my abdomen. Then I moved to the reclining bikes. I managed 30 minutes on a ( Read more... )

BEN! Love that! And what's even funnier is that when Mom came to the house today so she could go to the OB with me and hubby, she had a body pillow for me! Now I gotta name it! Maybe Fred? Tonight Fred and I will rendezvous for the first time. ;-)

Yeah, the little things can get you down. I feel like I went from a tiny little bump to this...basketball in front of me in a matter of a week or two. To think that I'm going to get even bigger than this boggles the mind! I'm gonna be HUGE! HUGE!

The skin on my stomach feels tight sometimes so I'm sure the stretch marks are sure to follow. This actually doesn't bug me too much because when I lost about 15 lbs. years ago, I got some light stretch marks on my hips that are still there.

This is so vain but I just hope my butt doesn't widen to the size of a double wide. It's already kinda big. So far it's been pretty much the same.

Ok, I have to ask. Were you walking or jogging/running on the treadmill?

I just got one for my birthday and I'm hoping to be able to use it for walking until I deliver or whatever... do you think that will be too much? I've never really used one before!

Right now, I'm walking (if I tried to run, I think I would collapse!). I don't think it's too much at all, though I can feel my ligaments stretching, and that's a bit uncomfortable. Until last week I just walked outside, but now it's too snowy. I'm trying for 30-60 minutes a day at a low incline.
