Crazy neighbor

More fun brought to you by my insane neighbor last night at 2am he decided (i think drunk) to turn on his radio at top volume. I did try to get him to turn it down but i think he was so out of it that he didn't hear me. So i slept on the couch with a cat who decided to sleep on me.

I know i told him i wasn't happy when i saw him this morning and he said it wouldn't happen again but if it does it will be a call to the cops.

I wanted to give him the chance not to do it again

I know sometimes i haven't been aware of how loud my music is until I go outside.

I understand that people don't realise how loud music is sometimes but this suddenly started at 2am and up full blast which was a shock to be woken up to a sudden blast of music.
