Yanno, being that hollywood has totally run out of ideas and is just doing nothing but Remakes lately, you'd think someone would pick up old movies like Westworld and Futureworld and remake em, in the right hands those could be two mega hits

I do believe that there where plans to remake Westword and FutureWorld at some point.

I'm torn between wishing they would remake some old films into cooler, more polished versions, and thinking that if they DO remake them, anything that could be good about them will be replaced by like, Shia Le Bouf.

That'd be cool. It looks like they're going to remake Logan's Run but it seems like they're tweaking things about it like dropping the death age to 21 though that seems to be what's in the original story.

I think it's because if they remade a good movie and it turned out foul the production company would never get another job.
