Dont worry. The housing market will soon crash and burn, then middle class families and single people will be able to afford homeownership once again, like in the 90's.

I have friends in real estate, and while I wish them good fortune, I also wish that the housing market would just take a nosedive, and all these builder and development fucks making fortunes off of raping the land of trees and open spaces will end up peniless.
