I am in sooo much freaken pain. I worked out yesterday in gym and i did 50 sit ups then i do 20 of these things that my gym teacher told me to do, I worked out my triceps and biseps and my lower back and shoulders and now i am in major pain. i can't even move it hurts soo bad.
