So I was stumbling and I came across this picture.

It seems totally incorrect.  Is a porno ended with the resulting child, it wouldn't be porn.

I don't think I've even met a porn baby. I feel like it's uncommon, but we both could be totally wrong.

Well, I'm sure there's porn for everything, but I'm going to go ahead and assume that if you're talking about porn in general, you're talking about the mainstream stuff that could can buy in the back of an FYE, which doesn't include baby making.
