I've given it a week, and I think I have a sinus infection like no other. I have numbers off the Medicare site for some doctors, but I"m gonna call my cardiologist to see if I can see him, I know he should be able to give me meds. I don't need to start ovre with antoehr docotr...but we shall see

Oh, baby--it sounds like you need antibiotics. A bacterial sinus infection is serious. Just getting to any clinic and showing them that snot ought to do it.

When this sort of thing is going on for us, my naturopath prescribes antibiotics. (She's licensed to do that.) But she also has us take 2 droppers of goldenseal tincture in water frequently--as frequently as every two hours if it's that bad, for a few days, and down to 3x per day after it's not so acute--and also clean the nose with a plain salt water spray such as Simple Saline. With a sore throat and sore ears, she's probably also have us gargling with salt water. Salt kills many bacteria on contact.

According to her, goldenseal is one of the few antibiotic herbs that will attack sinus infection, which is hard for antibiotics to get to.

That sounds awful...I'm sorry to hear you're so sick.

I'm sorry that you having a sinus infection, those can be so rough to deal with. You are in my prayers :)
