I was in a car accident this past weekend. Thankfully no one was hurt ... although my left hand is out of commission for a while but its not permanent. I found out today that my car is a total loss. I'll be using all my school money to get a new one. I know it will work out but I'm feeling pretty crappy, especially since I wont have that money till

Or is the insurance payout won't be enough to cover for a new car???

really sucks! glad you're *mostly* okay though. sorry I can't say that about your car.. poor car. really sucky that your insurance mostly goes to paying off the car... $2,500 wow.. lame. Hope everything works out eventually and you feel better soon!
